Martin V Hernandez, DNP, APRN, FNP-C has dedicated over 30 years to emergency medicine in the Rio Grande Valley, beginning his career as a Paramedic. His commitment to patient care led him to become a Registered Nurse specializing in the emergency room setting. Pursuing further excellence, Martin earned his Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and achieved Board Certification as an Emergency Room Nurse. Demonstrating a passion for advanced practice and leadership, he completed his Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Today, Martin continues to serve the Rio Grande Valley community as an Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner, bringing decades of experience and compassionate care to multiple emergency departments.

Lilliana Febus-Hernandez brings 12+ years of comprehensive experience across emergency, medical-surgical, and primary care settings specializing in Adult/Gerontology. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Health Education from the University of Illinois, and a Master’s degree in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care from the University of Texas at Arlington. A committed healthcare professional, Lilly has made the Rio Grande Valley her home and contributes a blend of clinical expertise, compassion, and evidence-based practice. Her dedication to education and patient-centered care strengthens the health and well-being of the Rio Grande Valley community.
